Return & Refund Policy for Southeast Asia
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the high shipping costs and custom nature of large machinery, our return policy has specific terms.
- Return Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of the buyer receiving the goods, following the common practice of major Southeast Asian e-commerce platforms .
- To be eligible for a return, the machine must be in its original, unused condition, with all packaging and labels intact. We do not accept returns for used or damaged goods unless the damage is due to our shipping or a manufacturing defect .
- Used equipment, custom-made products, or goods with a special configuration are final sale and cannot be returned .
- Non-returnable Items:
- Used or demo equipment.
- Customized or made-to-order machines.
- Any product not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Returns shipped without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Refunds: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Warranty and Exchanges: We offer warranties against manufacturing defects. Please refer to the specific warranty card included with your product. If you receive a defective item, please contact us for a replacement or repair instead of a return to save on logistics costs.
