Shipping Policy for Southeast Asia

We specialize in shipping large woodworking machinery, such as edge banding machines, to Southeast Asia. Our logistics solutions are designed for safety, reliability, and transparency.

  • Shipping Methods and Areas: We ship from major Chinese ports (Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Shanghai) to key Southeast Asian countries, including Indonesia (Jakarta, Surabaya), Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, and Malaysia. Door-to-door service is available for primary destinations. Delivery to outer islands or remote areas may incur additional charges and require 3-5 extra days .
  • Shipping Costs: Costs are calculated based on the volume (CBM) or container type (e.g., 20GP, 40HQ) of your machinery. For an accurate quote, please provide the machine’s dimensions, weight, and HS code. Our rates include sea freight, customs clearance at both ends, and local delivery in main cities. Note that import duties and taxes in the destination country are not included and are the responsibility of the buyer .
  • Order Processing and Shipping Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. The total delivery time consists of:
    • Processing and loading: 3-5 days.
    • Ocean freight: 12-18 days for main routes.
    • Customs clearance: 3-5 days for general goods; 7-10 days for used equipment requiring additional certification.
    • Final delivery: 1-3 days after clearance.
    • Total estimated time: 25-35 days for door-to-door delivery .
  • Customs and Import Regulations: We handle customs clearance (both China export and destination import) for you. To avoid delays, the Indonesian buyer must provide a Business License (if applicable). Used equipment may require additional documents, such as a third-party inspection report . Certain products might need local certifications (e.g., Indonesia’s SNI certification), which can be arranged at an additional cost .
  • Shipment Tracking: You will receive a unique tracking number. Our system supports GPS tracking for real-time location updates .
  • Shipping Damage: We provide reinforced, waterproof packaging and use binding straps and shock-absorbing materials to secure the machine inside the container . We recommend purchasing shipping insurance to cover potential damage during transit.
